This delightful little stone house is located in the lower half of this village and has a pretty courtyard with a small walled garden at the side and a large outside sink just inside the gate. The house opposite and most of the others around this area have already been renovated. The road outside is wide enough to drive a small car to the gate to unload the shopping and parking is further down in the village.

The first room can either be entered from a door from the road or from another door in the courtyard and it measures about 4 x 3 mtrs with a good sized shuttered window that is protected by iron bars. The ceiling is beamed and boarded in dark wood and the walls are plastered and there is a concrete floor.

A small step up into the courtyard leads to another couple of shallow stone steps to give access to the longest room which partly runs across the back of the front room and then across the back of the courtyard. This room is about 6 x 2.75 at its widest part and there is a large fireplace for cooking, a skylight for some light and air and a stainless steel sink behind the door. The back wall of this room is stepped back in two stages but if the fireplace was not required it could be removed in order to give more space in the kitchen/living room. This room could be divided into two separate sections and there is a further small room that houses the toilet at present. This room still has the same beamed and planked ceiling as the other room and it is possible to reconnect the two rooms together by opening up the old doorway,

It would be possible to provide a staircase from the courtyard to the roof in order to get a better view and more sitting out space if required.

There was and electric and water connection and this will have to be restored, whilst the telephone connection is nearby and the village has main drainage.
